Keith Houlemard

Keith Houlemard earned his BS in business finance at San Diego State University, where he also played Aztec baseball. Keith held a 30-plus-year career at global sportswear giant Nike. Over this time, he held various positions of increasing responsibility including President of the Jordan Brand and Vice President and General Manager of Nike’s Olympic Games division, and Vice President and General Manager of Nike’s EMEA Running Division.

Following Nike, Keith is an angel investor and Co-founder of Start-up FOODe. FOODe is a AI led platform that takes the pain points out of the dining journey. Beyond the start-up world, Keith is busy with board and foundation work with The Maurice Lucas Foundation and the Black Fives Foundation. He has also previously sat on numerous boards and held executive leadership positions with multiple non-profit organizations.

Keith fills his spare time spending quality-time with his sizeable family and many friends, enjoying great dining experiences, and, when possible, squeezing in a few rounds of golf.

Cole Smith

Cole retired after 30 years of service at Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon Company where he held a number of senior level finance managerial positions. He is currently consulting CFO for PRS Credentialing Services LLC as well as President-CEO of Sinclaire Property Investments. During his formative years Cole served in the US Army as well as becoming an accomplished basketball player, having played in Europe, Germany. Additionally, he spent a brief stint interning for the Los Angeles Clippers Public Relations and Communications department. Cole has served on the board for the Lincoln Family Life Center (Los Angeles, CA), Board Treasurer for the Academy of Science and Engineering (Los Angeles) as well as Chairman of the Youth Motivation Task Force (Los Angeles/ Long Beach, CA.) He earned his B.S. in business administration and M.B.A (Finance) from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Erin Alexander

Erin is a highly accomplished marketing professional with over 18 years of experience driving engagement, awareness, and revenue for global associations and sports organizations. Prior to joining the APGA in November 2022, Erin spent nearly 12 years at the United States Golf Association (USGA), where she played a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans. Her efforts resulted in consistently surpassing revenue goals year after year for prestigious events like the U.S. Open Championship. With a proven track record in multi-channel marketing, brand promotion, and event management with experience across the USGA and National Basketball Association (NBA), Erin has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead teams, implement effective strategies, and deliver exceptional results.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Erin has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Sport Business Management from the University of Central Florida. She has been recognized for her academic achievements, including being named to the Eli Broad College of Business Dean's List and receiving Academic All-Big Ten Conference honors. Beyond her educational pursuits, Erin is a certified Level I USA Track & Field coach, reflecting her passion for athletics and her commitment to developing athletes as they chase their dreams. With her diverse skill set and commitment to service which is evident through her involvement in various organizations and volunteering efforts, Erin is committed to changing the face of game.

Director of Player Performance

Montrele Wells

Montrele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Benedict College. He is a Professional Golfer who has played all over the United States and South America for the past 12 years. Before joining the APGA Tour staff as the Director of Player Performance, he was an 11-year member of the APGA Tour and the winner of the Inaugural APGA Adrian Stills Award presented by Cisco in 2022. He has been involved in growing the game for over 15 years through organizations like Fairway Outreach, The First Tee, Moore-Myers Children’s Fund, and The Advocates Foundation to name a few. His mission is to ensure that youth of all backgrounds are provided instruction for developing

lifelong golfing skills while preparing them for learning respect for the game of life. His vision is to enhance the growth, development, and sustaining of those necessary skills to build on future golf opportunities at the highest level. Helping golfers advance and get better has always been a passion and he will continue to do that on the professional level.

MARKETING MANAGER

Rianna Harris

Rianna’s journey at APGA has been marked by a seamless transition through diverse roles, starting as a Project Intern and progression to the position of Social Media Manager before assuming her current role as Marketing Manager. Rianna's dedication to fostering engagement and growth is evident, having spearheaded the organization's inaugural social media and content team in 2021.

Known for her ability to execute strategic initiatives with precision and elevate brand visibility, she consistently delivers impactful results that resonate with stakeholders and target audiences. Rianna obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara in 2021.

PGA WORKS Fellow

Tomie Anderson

Tomie is a dynamic professional holding a Master of Science in Recreation, Event, and Sport Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelors in Sport Management from Howard University. His golf journey began at the ripe age of 12, when he joined his father at the driving range on what seemed like an innocent afternoon. This one afternoon turned into weekly outings and ultimately Tomie playing competitively 4 years on his high school Varsity golf team.

The passion and love for the game propelled Tomie into his current position as a fellow under PGA WORKS with the Advocates Professional Golf Association (APGA Tour). In this capacity, he oversees tournament and event operations, spearheads Advocates Foundation youth clinics, and coordinates all volunteer efforts for tour events throughout the season. Additionally, he assists with player communications and event registration with platforms like Golf Genius among other responsibilities.

Guided by his personal mission to serve and spread love through golf, Tomie has future aspirations of owning and operating his own multi-purpose sports complex hosting athletes of all ages across various sports with the purpose of crafting a unique and safe space for community engagement. Eager to bring his energy and expertise to new opportunities, Tomie aims to make a positive impact on his community through fellowship and connection.
