PROMPT: In both sports and life, how we handle success and failure often reveals more about our character than the outcomes themselves. True sportsmanship is not just about playing by the rules—it’s about showing respect, humility, and integrity whether you win or lose.

Write a 500-word essay in which you explore the importance of sportsmanship, focusing on what it means to win with grace and lose with dignity. Consider how these values apply not only in athletic competition but also in everyday life—school, work, and personal relationships. Use specific examples from real-life events, history, sports, or your own experiences to support your ideas.
